In an interview with China Youth Daily, Xie said that this proposal underscores China's high regard for the welfare of older migrant workers. China will implement a series of targeted measures to improve employment support for older migrant workers. For example, how to set up targeted employment programs to better accommodate older migrant workers, how to provide guidance for older migrant workers to adapt to occupational changes.
