巴西政府官员呼吁：互联网应坚持“以人为本”

中国青年报客户端讯（中青报•中青网记者 李悦 实习生 唐颂）“互联网不应只为盈利而存在，更应成为人们发现自我、建立连接的空间。”11月7日，巴西总统府数字政策秘书处顾问卢卡斯·阿博特·莱法在2025世界互联网大会乌镇峰会接受中青报·中青网记者采访时说。卢卡斯希望，通过人工智能、电商与社交媒体领域的合作，能够推动巴西与中国展开长期交流，共同构建开放包容的数字生态环境。

“The internet should not exist solely for profit — it should be a space where people can discover themselves and build meaningful connections.” On November 7, Lucas Abot Leffa, Advisor to the Secretariat for Digital Policies of the Brazilian Presidency, told China Youth Daily during an interview at the 2025 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit.

Lucas expressed hopes that cooperation in artificial intelligence, e-commerce, and social media will deepen long-term exchanges between Brazil and China, and help build an open and inclusive digital ecosystem together.
