China's Leap | Deqing, Zhejiang: “Little Yellow Robots” Take on the Double 11 Challenge

On the eve of China’s annual “Double 11” shopping festival, November 10, 2025, the East China logistics center of Kuaiyu in Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, was at its busiest moment of the year. A total of 880 orange-yellow sorting robots — nicknamed “little yellow workers” — were swiftly shuttling across the two-story sorting platform, carrying packages of clothing in various colors and styles.
