China and Russia Agree on Mutual Visa-Free Travel

China and Russia have officially implemented a mutual visa-free policy, marking another step of bilateral commitment between the two nations. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the decree on December 1, allowing Chinese citizens to enter Russia for tourism and business without a visa for up to 30 days until September 2026.
